PRESENTAZIONE \/ PRESENTATION<\/strong>
\nIl XIX Concorso Fotografico Internazionale sul tema “Le Case di Terra: paesaggio di architetture” \u00e8 un’iniziativa del Centro di Documentazione sulle Case di Terra di Casalincontrada (CH) e dell\u2019 Associazione Terrae onlus.
\nLa “riscoperta” delle conoscenze legate alle costruzioni in terra cruda, ricompone tasselli di un mosaico fatto di uomini, cose, materie, luoghi, in immagini. Immagini che possono essere “sopravvivenze”, ma anche “nuovi paesaggi”, architetture di territorio, memorie e realt\u00e0.
\nThe 19 th International Photo Competition on \u201cThe Earth Houses: architectures\u2019 landscape\u201d is an initiative of the Municipality of Casalincontrada, in the Italian province of Chieti and the Documentation Centre on Earth Architectures, Terrae onlus Association . The “rediscovery” of the knowledge linked to earthen architecture recomposed in images, like tiles of a mosaic made of people, things, material and places.
\nImages that could be interpreted as “surviving structures\u201d or “new scenarios”, as well as architectures of the territory, memories and situations.<\/p>\n

REGOLAMENTO<\/strong>
\n1. Il Centro di Documentazione sulle Case di Terra del Comune di Casalincontrada e l\u2019Associazione Terrae Onlus, promuovono il 19\u00b0 Concorso Fotografico Internazionale denominato: \u201cLe Case di Terra – paesaggio di architetture\u201d, cos\u00ec articolato: -TEMA OBBLIGATO: \u201cLe Case di Terra- paesaggio di architetture\u201d sezione unica, stampe B\/N e Colore.
\n2. La partecipazione \u00e8 gratuita e aperta a tutti, italiani e stranieri senza limiti di et\u00e0 e di provenienza.
\n3. Le immagini, da presentare in formato jpg a 300dpi con risoluzione minima del lato lungo dell\u2019immagine di 3500 pixel, a colori o in bianco e nero, dovranno essere inviate via e-mail all\u2019indirizzo: concorso@casediterra.com entro e non oltre il 23\/08\/2021<\/strong>.
\nI file dovranno essere contrassegnati con il nome, cognome, nazionalit\u00e0, titolo dell\u2019opera e luogo dello scatto. Tutte le opere dovranno avere indicata tassativamente la localit\u00e0 cui la fotografia si riferisce. Ogni autore potr\u00e0 partecipare con un massimo di 4 (quattro) fotografie.
\nLe associazioni fotografiche possono inviare opere del gruppo.
\n4. La propriet\u00e0 intellettuale delle immagini ed i conseguenti diritti restano in capo agli autori, fatto salvo quanto di seguito indicato e fermo restando il rispetto dei diritti conferiti all\u2019Associazione Terrae Onlus. Tutte le immagini inviate potranno essere liberamente utilizzate \u2013 esclusa ogni finalit\u00e0 di lucro \u2013 dall\u2019Associazione Terrae Onlus, senza limiti di tempo, per l\u2019allestimento di esposizioni fotografiche, per la produzione di materiale informativo, pubblicitario, promozionale, editoriale, per la promozione delle iniziative istituzionali proprie o di enti terzi e, in generale, per il perseguimento dei propri scopi istituzionali. I suddetti utilizzi delle immagini da parte dell\u2019Associazione Terrae Onlus saranno del tutto liberi e discrezionali garantendo, comunque, sempre la citazione del nome dell\u2019autore.
\n5. L\u2019autore non potr\u00e0 esigere alcun compenso od avanzare qualsiasi altra pretesa. Tutti i materiali inviati non verranno restituiti agli Autori e rimarranno di esclusiva propriet\u00e0 dell\u2019Associazione Terrae Onlus.
\n6. Il partecipante garantisce di essere unico ed esclusivo autore delle immagini inviate. Gli organizzatori non possono essere ritenuti responsabili di controversie relative alla paternit\u00e0 delle immagini o di qualunque altra conseguenza legata alle immagini oggetto del concorso, infatti l\u2019invio di immagini da parte dei partecipanti al concorso presuppone che lo stesso sia in possesso del copyright relativo allo stesse.
\n7. L\u2019autore garantisce (e si impegna a tenere indenne l\u2019Associazione Terrae Onlus contro eventuali pretese di terzi al riguardo) che i materiali, le immagini e i relativi diritti che l\u2019autore conferisce all\u2019Associazione Terrae Onlus non ledono alcun diritto di terzi. Per le immagini che ritraggono persone e\/o cose per le quali \u00e8 necessario ottenere uno specifico assenso, l\u2019autore garantisce di aver ottenuto l\u2019assenso necessario (anche, ove dovuto, ai sensi del d.lgs. n. 196\/2003, \u201cCodice in materia di protezione dei dati personali\u201d) per la partecipazione al presente concorso e per il conferimento all\u2019Associazione Terrae Onlus dei diritti di cui al presente Regolamento. Ogni autore \u00e8 responsabile del contenuto delle immagini inviate e solleva pertanto gli organizzatori da ogni eventuale conseguenza inclusa la richiesta di danni morali e materiali.
\n8. L\u2019organizzazione, pur assicurando la massima cura nella manipolazione dei file, e di tutti i materiali ricevuti, declina ogni responsabilit\u00e0 per eventuali danneggiamenti e smarrimenti, da qualsiasi causa essi siano generati.
\n9. Non possono partecipare al concorso: i componenti della giuria e i loro parenti, lo staff organizzativo del Concorso.
\n10. Il giudizio della giuria \u00e8 inappellabile. La partecipazione al concorso implica l\u2019incondizionata e completa accettazione del presente regolamento.
\n11. I premi non ritirati personalmente saranno spediti via posta a carico dell\u2019organizzazione.
\n12. I dati forniti potranno essere oggetto di trattamento esclusivamente per finalit\u00e0 connesse all\u2019espletamento dei concorsi fotografici (L. 675\/96).
\n13. I premi non sono cumulabili.<\/p>\n

TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The Documentation Centre on Earth Houses of the Municipality of Casalincontrada and the Terrae Onlus Association promote the 19th International Photographic Competition called: \u201cThe Earth Houses \u2013 architectures\u2019 landscape\u201d, divided as follows: – FIXED THEME: \u201cThe earth Houses \u2013 architectures\u2019 landscape\u201d, single section, Black\/White and Colour prints.
\n2. Entry is free and open to all, Italians and Foreigners, regardless their age limits and provenance.
\n3. Photos can be submitted in format jpg, resolution 300dpi, with minimum resolution of the long side of the image equal to 3500 pixel, in colour or black and white; they should be sent by e-mail to the address: concorso@casediterra.com within and not later than the 23th of August 2021.
\nFiles have to be marked with name, surname, Nationality, title of the photograph and location of the shot. Each photograph shall strictly bear the indication of the place of the shot. Each author can participate in the competition with max 4 (four) photographs.
\nPhoto Associations can send the works of the group.
\n4. The intellectual property of the images and their relative rights shall be retained by the authors, except what indicated below, and it being understood the respect of the rights entrusted to the Terrae Onlus Association. All sent images will be freely used (excluding any profit-making purpose) by the Terrae Onlus Association, without limits of time, for the production of the photographic exhibitions, for the production of the informative, advertising, promotional and, editorial material, for the organization of its own institutional initiatives or by third bodies, and in general, for the pursuit of its institutional aims. The above mentioned uses of the images by the Terrae Onlus Association will be totally free and discretionary, always guaranteeing the quotation of the author\u2019s.
\n5. The author cannot claim any fee or advance any other claim. All the materials received will not be returned to the Authors and will remain of exclusive property of Terrae Onlus Association.
\n6. The participant will guarantee to be the sole and exclusive author of the sent images. The organizers will not be responsible for disputes relevant to the controversies relative to the authorship of images or any other consequence linked with the images regarding the competition; in fact, the receipt of images from the participants, implies that the same owns their relative copyright.
\n7. The author guarantees (and undertakes to keep unscathed the Terrae Onlus Association against possible claims from third parties on the matter) that materials, images and the relative author rights that the author entrusts to the Terrae Onlus Association, shall not prejudice any right of third parties. As for the images representing people and\/or things for which it\u2019s necessary a specific approval, the author guarantees to have obtained the necessary approval (where needed, even according to the legislative decree Nr. 196\/2003, \u201cCode on the subject of the personal data protection\u201d) for the participation to this competition and for entrusting to the Terrae Onlus Association, the rights as per these Terms and Conditions. Each author is responsible of the content of the sent images and therefore exempts the organizers from any possible consequence, including the request of moral and material damages.
\n8. The organization, ensuring the highest care in treating the received files and materials, accepts no responsibility for possible damaging and loss, whatever reason will have caused them.
\n9. Jury members, their relatives and the organizational staff cannot participate in the competition.
\n10. The jury decision is irrevocable. The participation in the competition implies the unconditioned and complete acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
\n11. Prizes that will not be collected personally will be sent by mail chargeable to the organization.
\n12. The given data may be object of treatment for reasons exclusively relevant to the fulfilment of the photographic competitions (L. 675\/96).
